The longer version of our cross-border safari gives you three nights in the Maasai Mara and three in the Serengeti before the Ngorongoro Crater.
Lodges can be mid-range or luxury, and a Zanzibar beach extension can be added at the end.

We collect you early from the airport or your hotel and drive through the Rift Valley and Narok to the Mara, arriving for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
The next two days are yours to explore, with morning and afternoon drives or full days with a picnic lunch. Optional extras include a sunrise balloon flight or a Maasai village visit.
Stay: Zebra Valley Camp or similar
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Drive to the Isebania border, complete formalities and meet your Tanzanian guide. A picnic lunch on the way, then game viewing as you drive deeper into the Serengeti.
Two more days on the plains, watching lions on the kopjes, cheetahs hunting and the herds on their migration routes.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
A last Serengeti game drive, then up into the Ngorongoro highlands. Stop at the crater rim before descending to the floor for black rhinos, elephants, lions, hyenas and hippos. Picnic lunch in the crater, then on to Karatu.

Transfer to Arusha for the shuttle to Nairobi or, on request, a flight to Zanzibar.
