These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all safari bookings made through Wilderness Safari Boutique. By confirming a booking, you accept and agree to these terms.
Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Tailor-Made Itineraries
Every safari is bespoke; modifications are welcome before final confirmation.
We ensure that all partners-lodges, guides, and service providers-meet the highest
standards of quality and service.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are transparent and inclusive of specified services.
Remaining balances are due as per the invoice schedule; late payment may affect reservations.
Changes & Amendments
Client-requested changes are accommodated based on availability.
We reserve the right to amend itineraries in exceptional circumstances such as force majeure, park closures, or safety considerations.
Responsibility & Liability
- Wilderness Safari Boutique acts as an agent for suppliers.
- While we oversee all arrangements, we are not liable for acts of third parties beyond our control.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all guests.
Ethical & Responsible Tourism
- All safaris prioritize conservation, community engagement, and ethical wildlife experiences.
Governing Law
- These T&C are governed by the laws of Kenya.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure smooth planning and fair allocation of accommodations, the following terms apply:

| 60+ days | Full refund minus bank/transaction fees |
| 30–59 days | 50% of total booking retained |
| 15–29 days | 75% of total booking retained |
| <14 days or no-show | 100% of total booking retained |
Notes:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to our reservations team.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Peak seasons, holidays, and exclusive lodge bookings may have special terms.
Flexible Rescheduling Option
Guests unable to travel within 14 days of arrival may request new dates, subject to lodge availability.
A nominal administrative fee of 8% of the total booking may apply.
If rescheduling is not possible, the standard no-show policy applies.
